Shipping, Changes and Returns Policies

Shipping Policy:

• We ship nationwide to provide you with our products and services wherever you are. To Santiago with our personal delivery with an approximate value of 3,500, and to regions via Starken. It can also be picked up at our office located in Lo Castillo, Vitacura.
• Estimated delivery time varies by location and can range from 3-5 business days. Shipments usually go out on Monday or Tuesday. and on Thursday or Friday
• We work with reliable courier services to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
• Once your region order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track its progress.

Change Policy:

• If for any reason you wish to exchange a product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to process your request. You can only change products that are not natural therapies such as: Bach Flowers, Aromatherapy and Fungi Mushroom Therapy, since these have neither exchange nor refund once opened. Unless they arrived broken.
• The products you wish to exchange must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
• We are committed to offering you exchange options that fit your needs and preferences. We may exchange the product for another of equal value or provide you with a credit towards future purchases.
• The shipping costs for the change of the product will be borne by the customer, unless an error has occurred on our part.

Return policy:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange your return.
• To process the return, the products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
• Once we have received and reviewed the returned products, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount through the same payment method used in the purchase.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
